1. Support functional teams in utilizing finance transactional data for business intelligence projects, from data integration to report design and distribution.
2. Implement Insight Analytics solutions for global and system-agnostic reporting to finance teams worldwide.
3. Develop, deploy, and maintain finance business intelligence interfaces, including query tools, data models, visualizations, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
4. Enhance data-driven internal controls within the COSO framework through exception reports, alerts, fraud detection, and anomaly detection algorithms.
5. Securely distribute accurate operational reporting across all finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R, FP&A).
6. Select and collect accurate data, build pertinent data models and visualizations, analyze results, and report using appropriate techniques.
7. Collaborate with finance teams to continuously improve existing finance analytics reports.
8. Contribute to the design and enrichment of the Insight data catalog to encompass all finance data.
9. Monitor new technologies and releases to recommend improvements in current developments and methodologies.
10. Ensure all developments are documented to prevent knowledge loss, using Confluence shared platform.
11. Monitor and measure the reliability and performance of all distributed data models, designing optimization strategies for those not meeting quality standards.
12. Provide technical expertise on data modeling with PowerBI, including advanced DAX and data model optimization.
13. Create and maintain technical training and onboarding resources on data analysis and PowerBI.
14. Execute the Insight delivery roadmap, ensuring quality and testing methodologies are applied throughout development and implementation.

1. Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Data Sciences.
2. Proven track record in data analysis and reporting implementation in a finance environment.
3. Strong knowledge of PowerBI platform, DAX, and SQL.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
