1. Process self-invoices, invoices, and proforma documents.
2. Administer financial data using SAP and BI tools, such as Insight.
3. Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
4. Support the processing of automated and manual payments.
5. Monitor order cycles, invoice approvals, and payment authorizations.
6. Record and issue invoices, including imputation and cost evaluation.
7. Assist in inter-company reconciliations.
8. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. Successful completion of studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in General Accounting (local standards).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

At least one prior experience in a similar accounting role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
