Kering Facility Supervisor

- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and staff management within the facilities department across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Sway, and Access for correspondence, presentations, and record management.
- Supervise reception operations, refine service protocols, and ensure compliant service delivery.
- Develop staff schedules, organize training sessions, conduct performance evaluations, and enhance team efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality facility management services in a safe working environment, including preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and security.
- Implement safety systems, inspect equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support logistics for internal events such as birthday celebrations, annual parties, and conferences.
- Maintain internal bulletin boards for information sharing.
- Participate in biannual budget planning, monitor expenditures, and promote cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships for administrative needs.
- Organize and store paperwork, documents, and digital records efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage issuance of visitor and access cards.
- Allocate office space and coordinate office moves and renovations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and collaborative team spirit.
