Kering Facility Manager

- Oversee daily operations of building and facilities, ensuring effective delivery of services and maintenance.
- Lead the General Service team in supervising maintenance programs for the facilities' interior and exterior.
- Ensure prompt and positive responses to requests from clients and building occupants.
- Implement ongoing contract review programs to assess and address client and tenant needs.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, contracts, and expenditures related to the facilities.
- Develop and explain annual building budgets, quarterly forecasts, and business plans.
- Assist in the development of capital budgets and a five-year maintenance and improvement plan.
- Coordinate statistical data analysis to assess building management objectives and identify service gaps.
- Direct hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Drive customer focus and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
- Promote innovation through best practices and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate claims as needed.
- Manage property modification requests and claims related to building issues.
- Plan and manage property operating budgets and prepare leasing reports.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in facility management with sizeable companies.
- Hands-on experience with building systems and structures.
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge.
- Proficient in English and Japanese.
- Completion of Fire Prevention Manager course.
- Facility and property management expertise.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Basic skills in AutoCAD or similar design software.
5-8 years of relevant experience in facility management with sizeable companies and team management.
