Kering Facilities Manager

- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of Kering offices and UK sites without a local Facilities Manager.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
- Manage lighting, HVAC issues, furniture relocation, and minor repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are business-ready and reflect the company's image.
- Supervise contracted services for building-related matters.
- Identify Health and Safety risks, compile reports, and oversee rectification work.
- Advise on maintenance contracts and competitive tender negotiations with the Kering Procurement team.
- Supervise maintenance visits and maintain relevant records.
- Communicate technical specifications to contractors and ensure high-quality completion of tasks.
- Supervise contractors for specific projects as needed.
- Collaborate with Store Planning teams to adhere to retail facilities specifications.
- Coordinate with Kering IT on IT-related issues affecting stores and offices.
- Oversee and support site moves, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Support internal space management and allocation planning.
- Coordinate with Utilities Consultancy on utilities supply and metering matters.
- Manage stock inventory of materials per brand and maintain import documentation.
- Act as the primary contact for brand Operations Managers and manage the facilities maintenance engineer.
- Conduct regular update meetings on local Facilities activities.
- Experience in a professional environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Extensive travel required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
- Fluency in English; Italian is preferable.
