1. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of Kering offices and UK sites without a local Facilities Manager.
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
3. Manage lighting, HVAC issues, furniture relocation, and minor repairs.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are business-ready and reflect the company's image.
5. Supervise contracted services for building-related matters.
6. Identify Health and Safety risks, compile reports, and oversee rectification work.
7. Advise on maintenance contracts and competitive tender negotiations with the Kering Procurement team.
8. Supervise maintenance visits and maintain relevant records.
9. Communicate technical specifications to contractors and ensure high-quality completion of tasks.
10. Supervise contractors for specific projects as needed.
11. Collaborate with Store Planning teams to adhere to retail facilities specifications.
12. Coordinate with Kering IT on IT-related issues affecting stores and offices.
13. Oversee and support site moves, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
14. Support internal space management and allocation planning.
15. Coordinate with Utilities Consultancy on utilities supply and metering matters.
16. Manage stock inventory of materials per brand and maintain import documentation.
17. Act as the primary contact for brand Operations Managers and manage the facilities maintenance engineer.
18. Conduct regular update meetings on local Facilities activities.

1. Experience in a professional environment, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Extensive travel required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is preferable.
