- Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and India, from ideation to execution.
- Adapt brand guidelines, validate design drawings, and plan layouts.
- Oversee site surveys, technical details, cost control, production supervision, and installation follow-up.
- Manage visual renewal orders and execution, reviewing visual cropping among regional markets.
- Handle visual merchandising and fixture-related tasks for Kering Eyewear brands, including window displays, customizations, pop-up stores, trade fairs, and brand fixture setups.
- Coordinate with internal trade marketing teams, external clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
- Provide ad hoc design and drawing support for regional creative requests, including 3D renderings and layout proposals.
- Research and explore contractors and suppliers for regional project support with cost efficiency.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Solid project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industry.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
