1. Collaborate with the Head of Training and Retail Excellence to design and implement brand, product, and sales training strategies for the North American market.
2. Deliver engaging and business-driven training experiences to enhance luxury selling, technical product knowledge, and client experience.
3. Identify training needs and execute comprehensive training initiatives across North America using a blended learning approach.
4. Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules informed by past participation and performance data.
5. Develop and maintain high-quality training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from various departments.
6. Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs for sales teams and clients, ensuring consistent execution and post-event reporting.
7. Manage the training registration process and maintain strong field connections to inform training needs.
8. Monitor training and travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and continuous improvement of training processes.

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
3. ABOC certification required.
4. Experience in an optical lab preferred.
5. Fluency in English, with Spanish or French as a plus.

1. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
2. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including digital tools.
5. Experience in the luxury industry with a passion for elevated service and client experience.

A minimum of 5-7 years in a training role, preferably within the luxury industry, with a focus on developing and delivering training programs.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD, with discretionary annual bonus.
