1. Onboard new sales representatives globally.
2. Coordinate training schedules.
3. Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives.
4. Plan and execute internal staff training.
5. Coordinate and assist in planning global sales academies for customers.
6. Create content for the customer portal on the homepage.
7. Develop and maintain content for training sessions and the digital learning platform.
8. Perform daily ad hoc tasks within the team.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. Good presentation skills.
3. Ability to prioritize work effectively.
4. Structured, adaptable, and quality-conscious.
5. Team player with a positive demeanor.

Experience in training coordination or a related field is preferred.
