1. Support the onboarding of new sales representatives globally.
2. Coordinate and manage training schedules.
3. Develop and maintain content for training sessions and the digital learning platform.
4. Assist in planning and executing internal staff training.
5. Perform daily ad hoc tasks within the team.

1. Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

1. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, including presentation skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Adaptability and quality-consciousness in a dynamic work environment.

No prior experience required, but a background in training or sales support is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
