1. Develop and ensure consistency in all LINDBERG training materials.
2. Manage and coordinate internal and external opticians concerning academies and labs globally.
3. Create and oversee the annual training plan for LINDBERG academies, including both physical and digital training sessions.
4. Support in-house opticians in teaching and further personal development.
5. Coordinate and set standards for lab training.
6. Conduct training courses within relevant subject areas as needed.
7. Host physical training academies when required.
8. Coordinate certification programs for participants at events.
9. Provide ad hoc support to the training team as needed.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical training professional in the lens industry
2. Expertise and in-depth knowledge of lenses, eyewear products, and lab procedures
3. Familiar with wholesale channel

1. Proficiency in creating training materials and advanced PowerPoint expertise with proven graphic skills
2. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods as well as learning digital tools
3. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
8. Strong project management skills
9. Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills
10. Availability to travel extensively (90%)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical training professional in the lens industry.

Salary Range - $80,000-$90,000
