Kering Eyewear US Trainer

- Develop and maintain consistency in all LINDBERG training materials.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external opticians for academies and labs globally.
- Create and oversee the annual training plan for LINDBERG academies, including both physical and digital sessions.
- Support in-house opticians in teaching and personal development.
- Coordinate and set standards for lab training.
- Conduct training courses in relevant subject areas as needed.
- Host physical training academies when required.
- Coordinate certification programs for event participants.
- Provide ad hoc support to the training team as needed.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical training professional in the lens industry.
- Expertise in lenses, eyewear products, and lab procedures.
- Familiarity with the wholesale channel.
- Proficiency in creating training materials with advanced PowerPoint and graphic skills.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and digital learning tools.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for small and large audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented with a respect for deadlines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication, entrepreneurial autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel extensively (90%).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technical training professional in the lens industry.
Salary Range - $80,000-$90,000
