Kering Eyewear Trade Marketing Specialist - Travel Retail EMEA

- Manage the development and launch of comprehensive marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel, adhering to marketing and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to negotiate and implement annual marketing plans with Travel Retail EMEA clients within budget constraints.
- Monitor and account for the Below-The-Line (BTL) budget effectively.
- Conduct regular visits to key sales points to assess assortment strategies, provide staff training, and discuss improvement actions with clients to enhance sell-out.
- Support the development and execution of global and local sales campaigns and trade fairs.
- Prepare internal and external briefings, presentations, visibility reports, sell-out reports, and budget tracking documents.
- Oversee the production and installation of materials for promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and client contacts.
- Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy for clients.
- Support the creation of innovative trade marketing tools to enhance brand performance.
- Ensure the implementation of visual updates and Point of Purchase (POP) materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork.
