1. Develop and execute trade marketing programs to enhance in-store brand visibility and product presence.
2. Collaborate with the regional Trade Marketing team to create regional and localized marketing plans aligned with global objectives.
3. Lead project management for marketing activities, coordinating with agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.
4. Ensure alignment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and product delivery with marketing projects.
5. Source and collaborate with local vendors for POSM production and installation.
6. Manage POSM ordering, delivery, and inventory.
7. Monitor return on investment for implemented marketing activities.
8. Assist in budget management to ensure efficient spending in line with marketing objectives.
9. Support buying days and events as required.
10. Conduct regular market analysis on competitors.

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
2. Over 2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the eyewear, cosmetics, or fashion industry.

1. Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
5. Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in trade marketing, ideally within the eyewear, cosmetics, or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
