- Develop and execute the Trade Marketing plan for a cluster of Kering Eyewear brands.
- Design a comprehensive Trade Marketing calendar aligned with brand guidelines and local business needs.
- Monitor and manage the Trade Marketing budget to ensure efficient spending.
- Serve as the primary contact for sales force, in-store specialists, and area managers for assigned brands.
- Lead category analysis to enhance store visibility and share of space.
- Create promotional activities with trade incentives to support business results in Italy.
- Analyze brand sell-in and sell-out data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Optimize Trade Marketing processes.
- Collect and share product feedback from the field.
- Support new collection launches with training and trade tools.
- Monitor product distribution and facilitate cross-selling.
- Strengthen partnerships with sales teams, customers, and headquarters.
- Identify and maximize market opportunities.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with excellent academic performance.
- Over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
- Previous sales or field experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Project management skills.

Over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with additional sales or field experience considered beneficial.
