- Develop and adapt brand strategies for assigned markets, considering positioning, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Manage and implement new projects for assigned brands.
- Oversee the launch and renewal of collections for assigned markets.
- Define assortments tailored to store types and segments (luxury/sport & lifestyle).
- Manage forecasts, supply, and product availability.
- Ensure global campaigns are adapted to local market sensibilities while maintaining brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Establish local marketing plans, including visibility campaigns and brand events.
- Develop and optimize distribution networks according to market needs.
- Ensure point-of-sale visibility through displays, merchandising, and staff training.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts on specific operations.
- Analyze KPIs, including sales and ROI of trade marketing activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market benchmarking, and trend studies.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring profitability and investment arbitration.
- Collaborate with local and global teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Training).
- Provide regular reporting to management and communicate key projects to the sales force.
- University degree in Business/Marketing
- Over 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Brand Management
- Field sales experience is a significant advantage
- Ability to engage audiences and comfortable with public speaking
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and autonomy
- Solid analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-growing environment and contribute to building a new organization
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Over 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Brand Management, with field sales experience being a significant advantage.
University degree in Business/Marketing
