- Develop and adapt brand strategies to the specificities of assigned markets, including positioning, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Manage and implement new projects for assigned brands.
- Oversee the launch and renewal of collections or ranges for assigned markets.
- Define assortments tailored to store typologies and segments (luxury/sport & lifestyle).
- Manage forecasts, supply, and product availability.
- Ensure the adaptation of global campaigns to respect brand image while tailoring them to local market sensitivities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for the production and dissemination of marketing materials.
- Establish local marketing plans, including visibility campaigns and brand-dedicated events.
- Develop and optimize distribution networks according to market needs.
- Ensure visibility at points of sale, including window displays, point-of-sale materials, merchandising, and sales staff training.
- Collaborate with key accounts to implement specific operations.
- Analyze KPIs, including sales (sell-in/sell-out), ideal assortment definition, and trade marketing activity ROI.
- Conduct competitive intelligence, market benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Develop and manage the marketing/activation budget for the brands within the scope.
- Ensure the profitability of actions and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with local and global internal teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Training).
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Communicate key projects and strategic updates to the sales force.
- University degree in Business/Marketing
- Over 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing & Brand Management
- Field sales experience is a significant advantage
- Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and high autonomy
- Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with data and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Project management skills
