Kering Eyewear Trade Marketing & Showroom Intern

- Collaborate with the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and Showroom Specialist to ensure smooth showroom operations and effective trade marketing program execution.
- Coordinate visibility plans with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Extract and analyze point-of-sale data using SAP, monitor stock levels, and ensure alignment with marketing plans.
- Manage the ordering process for point-of-sale materials via SAP.
- Oversee the production and delivery of window displays, banners, and customizations.
- Produce brand content through translations and brand updates.
- Track crop requests and participate in digital campaigns.
- Support the execution of local sales events and showroom activities.
- Generate activity reports.
- Integrate new arrivals into the showroom, manage stock, and organize dedicated spaces.
- Identify and manage the return of collections as scheduled.
- Assist the Showroom Specialist with daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing food and beverage stock, maintaining showroom conditions, and handling catering orders.
- Conduct inventory of frames.
- University degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proactivity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and a practical approach with the ability to multitask.
- Mature personality with self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Strong team spirit.
Relevant experience in marketing or sales is required.
University degree in Business or Marketing.
