1. Collaborate with the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and Showroom Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom and trade marketing programs.
2. Coordinate visibility plans with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
3. Extract and analyze point-of-sale data using SAP, monitor stock levels, and ensure alignment with marketing plans.
4. Order point-of-sale materials through SAP and oversee the production and delivery of displays, banners, and customizations.
5. Create brand content through translations and updates on brand news.
6. Monitor crop requests and participate in digital campaigns.
7. Support local sales events and showroom operations.
8. Produce activity reports.
9. Integrate new arrivals into the showroom and manage stock organization.
10. Identify and process collection returns.
11. Assist the Showroom Specialist with daily tasks, including appointment scheduling, stock management, and ensuring showroom upkeep.
12. Conduct inventory of frames.

1. University degree in Business or Marketing
2. Experience in Marketing or Sales

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
2. Fluency in English and French
3. Experience with SAP is advantageous
4. Ability to work in fast-paced environments
5. Proactivity
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Flexibility and practical approach
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks
9. Mature personality with self-motivation and a positive attitude
10. Strong team spirit

Experience in marketing or sales is required.

University degree in Business or Marketing.
