Kering Eyewear Trade Marketing and In-Store Specialist

- Collaborate with local sales and headquarters marketing teams to define and implement an annual trade marketing activity calendar for each client, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Oversee the execution of trade marketing projects, supervising in-store activities through visits, including point-of-sale materials and promotions.
- Implement customized in-store visual merchandising according to headquarters guidelines, coordinating production with the marketing team.
- Monitor trade marketing budget and expenditures, seeking managerial approval for investments.
- Provide in-person support for local team training programs.
- Assist in organizing sales events, coordinating logistics and suppliers.
- Attend local customer meetings and buying days, working closely with the sales team.
- Prepare weekly store visibility reports, monitor ROI per activity, and provide recommendations.
- Conduct market visits to analyze competitors' trends and visibility initiatives, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Fluency in English and Croatian.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
