Kering Eyewear Trade Marketing & In-Store Specialist

- Collaborate with the local Sales Team and Marketing team at headquarters to define and implement an annual Trade Marketing Activity Calendar for each client, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Supervise the execution of all Trade Marketing projects within the designated area, including in-store activities, point-of-sale materials, and promotions, through regular site visits.
- Implement customized in-store visual merchandising according to headquarters' guidelines, overseeing production with the Marketing team.
- Monitor and manage the BTL/Trade Marketing budget, seeking approval for investments from senior management.
- Provide on-site support for local team training programs.
- Assist in organizing sales events, coordinating logistics and supplier interactions.
- Participate in local customer meetings and buying days, working closely with the Sales Team.
- Prepare weekly visibility reports for store checks, analyze ROI per activity, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess and report on competitors' trends and visibility initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible mindset.
- Commitment to teamwork and adaptability to evolving business needs.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
