1. Coordinate team operators to ensure workstation supply and daily production targets are met.
2. Ensure timely and proper machine setup for assigned production orders.
3. Guarantee the correct use of departmental equipment.
4. Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and meet delivery schedules.
5. Contribute to the modification of methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
6. Participate in specific personnel development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

1. Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervision roles.

1. Proficient understanding of production processes and departmental dynamics.
2. Excellent knowledge of computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office.
3. Empathy, effective listening, and communication skills.
4. Proactive in identifying process optimization opportunities.

A minimum of three years in a supervisory or team coordination role within a production environment is required.

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
