- Coordinate the assigned team of operators, ensuring workstation supply and adherence to daily production targets set by the manager.
- Ensure timely and proper machine setup for the delivery of assigned production orders.
- Guarantee the correct use of departmental equipment.
- Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and ensure fulfillment of delivery schedules.
- Contribute to the modification of methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
- Participate in specific personnel development programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in production processes and departmental dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.
- Proactivity in identifying process optimization opportunities.
A minimum of three years in a team coordination or supervisory capacity within a production environment is required.
Technical diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
