1. Assist the Eco Referent in managing organizational change processes focused on sustainability.
2. Collaborate with the Sustainability team to monitor the company's environmental performance.
3. Contribute to the analysis, development, and management of new sustainability projects and campaigns.
4. Work with suppliers and R&D departments to devise and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
5. Interface with the Supply Chain team, supporting the achievement of quality, delivery timelines, and cost optimization goals.
6. Support the Sustainability team in liaising between Kering Group and Kering Eyewear on sustainability-related matters.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues within the luxury fashion industry.

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior professional experience required, though any experience in sustainability or environmental initiatives is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
