- Define, set, and adjust parameters for each painting process.
- Monitor process parameters and verify the compliance of finished products.
- Conduct visual and instrumental quality control of painted products.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on painting equipment and booths.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve any defects.
- Prepare production reports and analyze department performance.
- Work with the painting team to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Contribute to modifying methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
- Supervise adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Extensive experience in the eyewear or related industrial painting sector.
- Knowledge of painting processes on plastic materials, preferably injected.
- Ability to read technical sheets and color specifications.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Strong passion for work, innovative spirit, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in industrial painting processes.
- Quality control expertise.
- Maintenance skills for painting equipment.

Significant experience in industrial painting, particularly within the eyewear industry or similar fields.
