1. Define, set, and adjust parameters for each painting process.
2. Monitor process parameters and verify the compliance of finished products.
3. Conduct visual and instrumental quality control of painted products.
4. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on painting equipment and booths.
5. Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve any defects.
6. Prepare production reports and analyze department performance.
7. Work with the painting team to ensure daily production targets are met.
8. Contribute to modifying methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
9. Supervise adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

1. Extensive experience in the eyewear or related industrial painting sector.
2. Knowledge of painting processes on plastic materials, preferably injected.
3. Ability to read technical sheets and color specifications.
4. Precision and attention to detail.
5. Strong passion for work, innovative spirit, and problem-solving skills.
