Kering Eyewear Surface Treatment Technician

- Define, set, and adjust parameters for each painting process.
- Monitor process parameters and verify the conformity of finished products.
- Conduct visual and instrumental quality control of painted products.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and painting booths.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve any defects.
- Prepare production reports and analyze departmental performance.
- Work with the painting team to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Contribute to the modification of methods or procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
- Supervise adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Extensive experience in the eyewear sector or related fields in industrial painting.
- Knowledge of painting processes on plastic materials, preferably injected.
- Ability to read technical sheets and color specifications.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Strong passion for the work, innovative spirit, and problem-solving capabilities.
Significant experience in industrial painting within the eyewear sector or similar industries is required.
