1. Define, set, and adjust parameters for each painting process.
2. Monitor process parameters and verify the conformity of finished products.
3. Conduct visual and instrumental quality control of painted products.
4. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and painting booths.
5. Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve any defects.
6. Prepare production reports and analyze departmental performance.
7. Work with the painting team to ensure daily production targets are met.
8. Contribute to the modification of methods or procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
9. Supervise adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

1. Extensive experience in the eyewear sector or related fields in industrial painting.
2. Knowledge of painting processes on plastic materials, preferably injected.
3. Ability to read technical sheets and color specifications.

Significant experience in industrial painting within the eyewear sector or similar industries is required.
