1. Manage purchase requests by issuing precise and timely purchase orders through the information system, maintaining updated order confirmations and delivery data, ensuring traceability and proper order management.
2. Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to define priorities and plan deliveries.
3. Verify shipping documentation, update material stock, and implement corrective actions in case of delays.
4. Support the Quality department in handling returns and rework processes.
5. Prepare structured reports on supplier performance, service/quality levels, and work-in-progress to support strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
2. Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in similar roles.

1. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Excel.
2. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in similar supply chain roles is required.
