Kering Eyewear Supply Chain Planner

- Develop and maintain weekly purchasing plans for each supplier, optimizing production capacities in alignment with market demands and company priorities.
- Monitor purchase order progress to ensure achievement of set objectives, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary liaison with finished product suppliers, ensuring timely receipt and system entry of order confirmations.
- Plan, analyze, and communicate with suppliers regarding delayed materials, identifying causes and collaborating on corrective actions.
- Schedule and monitor supplier workloads for new collections, aligning purchase orders with operational constraints and supply contracts.
- Conduct analyses on materials for new collections, supporting decision-making processes and evaluating new offers and supply conditions.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers to update delivery data, ensuring timely communication of any delays or issues to the Demand Planning department.
- Foster a collaborative environment and actively contribute to team objectives.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and context
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling systems (MPS, Capacity planning, MRP)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good command of the English language
- Prior knowledge of SAP is preferred
