- Support the management of key sports partnerships, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and maximizing brand exposure and ROI.
- Develop innovative strategies for brand sponsorship activation, including product displays, brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and exclusive participant experiences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador during sponsored events, effectively communicating brand values and messages.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational management of event-related activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of sponsored events, tracking key performance indicators.
- Manage budgets for sponsored events, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on goals and drive activation success.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Sports Partnership Specialist or in a similar role
- Proven experience in the sponsorship domain within sports
- Familiarity with Motorsport/F1 is advantageous
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in budget management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Ability to execute innovative sponsorship activations
- Passion for sports, outdoor, and lifestyle culture
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sports partnership management or a related field, with a proven track record in sponsorship within the sports industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
