- Oversee strategic partnership development, activation, and management of sports-related assets and sponsorships.
- Manage key sports partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are met while maximizing brand exposure and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sports sponsorship activations, including on-site experiences, events, and digital integration.
- Align sports marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Lead the development of annual activation plans, customer programming, and localized campaigns.
- Scout, negotiate, and develop new potential partnerships with brands, sports entities, and athletes.
- Evaluate the success of partnership activations and campaigns through post-program analysis.
- Manage the budget for partnerships and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on goals and drive activation success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sponsorship strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of sports marketing initiatives.
