1. Manage key sports partnerships and ensure contractual obligations are met while maximizing brand exposure and ROI.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans for sports sponsorship activations, including on-site experiences, events, and digital integration.
3. Align sports marketing initiatives with the overall brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
4. Lead the development of annual activation plans, customer programming, and localized campaigns.
5. Oversee relationships with agency partners and vendors for seamless execution of sponsorship initiatives.
6. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on goals and drive activation success.
7. Manage the budget for partnerships and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
8. Evaluate the success of partnership activations and campaigns through post-program analysis.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sponsorship strategies.

5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation.
