Kering Eyewear Sports Marketing Manager

- Oversee key sports partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are met and maximizing brand exposure and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sports sponsorship activations, including on-site experiences, events, and digital integration.
- Align sports marketing initiatives with the overall brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Lead the development of annual activation plans, customer programming, and localized campaigns.
- Oversee relationships with agency partners and vendors for seamless execution of sponsorship initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on goals and drive activation success.
- Manage the budget for partnerships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.
- Evaluate the success of partnership activations and campaigns through post-program analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sponsorship strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of sports marketing initiatives.
- Passion for sports and outdoor activities.
A minimum of 5 years in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation, with a proven track record in driving brand growth and consumer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
