Kering Eyewear Senior Project Executive - Retail Fixture & Visual Merchandising Designer

- Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand image.
- Manage materials related to retail fixtures, including customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
- Coordinate the conception, development, and follow-up of projects, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers for design validation and production.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures, adhering to time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients' technical teams for concept approval and ensure project delivery meets expectations.
- Adopt and adapt visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters to create design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
- Facilitate discussions for trade fairs and channel events, overseeing site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
- Provide ad hoc renderings and designs for special projects as required by different regions.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Vray.
- Capability with AutoCAD and 3DsMax & Vray is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Strong project management skills.
A minimum of 4 years in relevant roles, particularly within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry, with a focus on 3D retail fixture design and project management.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
