1. Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand image.
2. Manage materials related to retail space customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
3. Coordinate the conception, development, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
4. Liaise with internal teams for concept validation and approval, and coordinate with external suppliers for design, production, and installation.
5. Engage with clients' technical teams to secure concept approvals.
6. Monitor project timelines and budget constraints to ensure successful delivery.
7. Adopt headquarters' visual merchandising guidelines and create design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
8. Coordinate internal and external communications for trade fairs and channel events, including site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
9. Provide ad hoc renderings and designs for special projects as required by different regions.

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.
2. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
3. Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.

2. Flexibility in working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Proficiency in computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Vray for SketchUp.
5. Capability with AutoCAD and 3DsMax & Vray is an advantage.
6. Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
7. Self-motivated and proactive in a startup environment.
8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of four years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry is required.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
