1. Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures for the Travel Retail channel, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand image.
2. Manage retail fixture materials, including customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
3. Coordinate the conception, development, and follow-up of projects, liaising with internal and external parties for concept validation, design, production, and installation.
4. Ensure timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
5. Collaborate with clients' technical teams for concept approval and manage project timelines and budgets.
6. Adopt and implement visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters, creating design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
7. Facilitate communication for trade fairs and channel events, overseeing site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
8. Provide renderings and design layouts for special projects across different regions.

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
2. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
3. Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.

1. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
2. Flexibility in working with global teams across different time zones.
3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
4. Proficiency in computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Vray.
5. Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3DsMax is advantageous.
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Self-motivated and proactive approach, especially in a start-up setting.

A minimum of 4 years in 3D retail fixture design and project management, preferably in the fashion, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
