1. Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand image.
2. Manage materials related to retail fixtures, including customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
3. Coordinate the conception, development, and follow-up of projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
4. Liaise with internal teams for concept validation and approval, and coordinate with external suppliers for design, engineering, production, and installation.
5. Communicate with clients' technical teams to secure concept approval.
6. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
7. Adopt and implement visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters, creating design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
8. Facilitate internal and external communications for trade fairs and channel events, overseeing site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
9. Provide renderings and design layouts for special projects as required by different regions.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetics or FMCG industry.
2. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
3. Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.

2. Flexibility in working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
3. Strong project management capabilities.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
5. Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic environment.
6. Familiarity with computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Vray for SketchUp. Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3DsMax & Vray is advantageous.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
