1. Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising and retail fixtures for both permanent and seasonal displays, adhering to global guidelines and brand image.
2. Manage materials related to retail fixtures, including customizations, pop-up stores, and trade marketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
3. Coordinate the conception, development, and follow-up of projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
4. Liaise with internal teams for concept validation and approval, and coordinate with external suppliers for design, engineering, production, and installation.
5. Engage with clients' technical teams for concept approval and ensure projects are delivered within time and budget constraints.
6. Adopt and implement visual merchandising guidelines provided by headquarters, creating design drawings for various points of sale and retail fixtures.
7. Manage and coordinate internal and external communications for trade fairs and channel events, including site surveys, concept design, production, installation, and dismantling.
8. Provide renderings and design layouts for special projects as required by different regions.

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.
2. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
3. Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred.

2. Flexibility in working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
5. Proficiency in computer design software, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with SketchUp, Vray for SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3DsMax.

A minimum of 4 years in 3D retail fixture design and project management, preferably within the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related discipline.
