Kering Eyewear Senior Project Executive - Retail Fixture and Visual Merchandising Designer

1. Manage retail fixture materials including retail space customizations, pop-up stores, HPPs, and trade marketing tools.
2. Support the conception, development, and coordination of visual merchandising and retail fixture projects.
3. Ensure timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising displays and retail fixtures.
4. Liaise with internal parties for concept validation and approval, and with external suppliers for design, production, and installation.
5. Coordinate with clients' technical teams for concept approval.
6. Monitor project timelines and budget constraints.
7. Adopt and implement visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters.
8. Manage and coordinate trade fairs and channel events.
9. Provide renderings and designs for special projects across different regions.

1. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related discipline
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management in the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry
3. Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred

2. Flexibility in working with globally spread teams across different time zones
3. Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral
4. Self-motivated and proactive
5. Strong project management skills
6. Proficiency in computer design software such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Vray for SketchUp
7. Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3DsMax & Vray is an advantage

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in 3D retail fixture design and project management in the fashion-related cosmetic or FMCG industry.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related discipline.
