1. Drive demand planning processes and execution for Asia domestic markets.
2. Collaborate with the local Sales Department to analyze historical sales trends and communicate with the Business and Marketing Teams to identify market trends and potential business risks and opportunities.
3. Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review progress against budget, update forecasts, and ensure future business opportunities and risks are captured.
4. Ensure regular and accurate information flow between customers and the company, providing local forecasts and relevant data to APAC planning.
5. Conduct monthly sales planning forecasts by collaborating with finance, customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
6. Focus on special projects such as APAC Capsule, exclusivity, and customized trade marketing events.
7. Guide customer service teams in sales order processing and ensure smooth operational flow.
8. Support APAC and HQ planning teams with reports and projects.
9. Analyze large data sets to address problems from various perspectives.
10. Generate and analyze regular reports.
11. Maintain SAP information regularly.
12. Achieve key demand planning KPIs such as Fill%, Forecast Accuracy, and Stock targets.

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
2. 5-10 years of relevant experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.

1. Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Query, or VBA preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; Italian is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
4. Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

5-10 years of relevant experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
