Kering Eyewear Senior Planner

- Drive demand planning processes and execution for Asia domestic markets.
- Collaborate with the local Sales Department to analyze historical sales trends and communicate with the Business and Marketing Teams to identify market trends and potential business risks and opportunities.
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review progress against budget, update forecasts, and ensure future business opportunities and risks are captured.
- Ensure regular and accurate information flow between customers and the company, providing local forecasts and relevant data to APAC planning.
- Conduct monthly sales planning forecasts by collaborating with finance, customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
- Focus on special projects such as APAC Capsule, exclusivity, and customized trade marketing events.
- Guide customer service teams in sales order processing and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support APAC and HQ planning teams with reports and projects.
- Analyze large data sets to address problems from various perspectives.
- Generate and analyze regular reports.
- Maintain SAP information regularly.
- Achieve key demand planning KPIs such as Fill%, Forecast Accuracy, and Stock targets.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.
- Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Query, or VBA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; Italian is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
5-10 years of relevant experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
