- Drive demand planning processes and execution for Asia domestic markets.
- Collaborate with the local Sales Department to analyze historical sales trends and communicate with the Business and Marketing Teams to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review progress against budget, update forecasts, and capture business risks and opportunities.
- Ensure regular and accurate information flow between customers and APAC planning, providing local forecasts and data.
- Conduct monthly sales planning forecasts in collaboration with finance, customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
- Focus on special country projects such as APAC Capsule and customized trade marketing events.
- Guide the customer service team in sales order management and ensure smooth operational flow with logistics.
- Support APAC and HQ planning on reports and projects.
- Analyze large data sets to identify problems and generate regular reports.
- Maintain SAP information and achieve key demand planning KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Query, or VBA is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; Italian is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
5-10 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
