Kering Eyewear Senior Planner / Assistant Planning Manager

- Drive demand planning processes and execution for Asia domestic markets.
- Collaborate with local sales department to review historical sales trends and communicate with business and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review progress against budget, align forecasts, and capture business opportunities and risks.
- Ensure regular and accurate information flow between customers and Kering Eyewear, providing local forecasts and sharing insights with APAC planning.
- Conduct monthly sales planning forecasts in collaboration with finance, customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
- Focus on special country projects such as APAC Capsule and customized trade marketing events.
- Guide customer service team in sales order processes and ensure smooth operations with logistics.
- Support APAC and HQ planning teams with reports and projects.
- Analyze large data sets to identify problems and generate regular reports.
- Maintain SAP information regularly.
- Achieve key demand planning KPIs such as Fill%, Forecast Accuracy, and Stock targets.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Query, or VBA is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; Italian is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
5-10 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
