Kering Eyewear Senior Business Development Specialist

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the APAC market.
- Support LINDBERG & Maui Jim through data analysis and performance tracking.
- Serve as the liaison between headquarters in Italy and APAC teams to enhance communication and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support the Lindberg Sales team in Australia with operational challenges.
- Formulate channel and brand strategies in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee the development and execution of business plans in collaboration with APAC head office.
- Utilize brand resources to create commercial plans, including trade events and optical channel activities.
- Monitor competitors and provide strategic insights.
- Present products and services to clients through various communication channels.
- Support ad hoc sales and business development projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian, Danish, Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales development, with at least 2 years in consumer goods wholesale/distribution.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills across written, oral, and digital channels.
- Organizational and time management proficiency.
- Empathy and positive interpersonal engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
3-5 years of sales or sales development experience, with at least 2 years in the consumer goods wholesale/distribution sector. Experience in the luxury or eyewear industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
