1. Manage the North America samples process with precision and innovation.
2. Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
3. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
4. Oversee the assigned territory and sample-related tasks.
5. Maintain and enforce the samples calendar.
6. Monitor and improve sample-related KPIs.
7. Manage samples order portfolio, focusing on new hires and releases.
8. Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including samples and selling tools.
9. Facilitate samples transfers between brand ambassadors and showrooms.
10. Coordinate quarterly recalls and annual inventory reconciliation.
11. Supervise samples returns in compliance with procedures.
12. Coordinate warehouse and transportation activities for samples.
13. Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer master data.
14. Support regional sales events and showroom activities.
15. Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance process efficiencies.

1. Proven experience in samples management, preferably in optical eyewear.
2. Knowledge of customer service processes.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BI).
