Kering Eyewear Sample Specialist

- Manage the North America samples process with precision and innovation.
- Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee the assigned territory and sample-related tasks.
- Maintain and enforce the samples calendar.
- Monitor and improve sample-related KPIs.
- Manage samples order portfolio, focusing on new hires and releases.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including samples and selling tools.
- Facilitate samples transfers between brand ambassadors and showrooms.
- Coordinate quarterly recalls and annual inventory reconciliation.
- Supervise samples returns in compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate warehouse and transportation activities for samples.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer master data.
- Support regional sales events and showroom activities.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance process efficiencies.
- Proven experience in samples management, preferably in optical eyewear.
- Knowledge of customer service processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP suite systems (ERP, BI).
- Strong self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective work prioritization.
- Team player with a proactive results orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Curiosity and openness to innovation.
Previous experience in a samples management environment, ideally within the optical eyewear industry.
