Sample Specialist

Kering Eyewear is a leading luxury eyewear company and part of the Kering Group, a global luxury conglomerate that develops renowned brands in fashion, leather goods, and jewelry. Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a diverse portfolio of 14 brands, including LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Gucci, Cartier, and more.

1. Manage the North America samples process comprehensively and accurately.
2. Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to deliver service excellence.
3. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
4. Maintain and enforce the samples calendar for the assigned territory.
5. Manage the entire samples process and policy for the assigned territory.
6. Monitor and improve sample-related KPIs.
7. Manage samples order portfolio focusing on new hires, new releases, and replacements.
8. Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including samples and selling tools.
9. Coordinate samples transfers between brand ambassadors and showrooms.
10. Coordinate quarterly recalls and reconciliation ahead of annual inventory.
11. Coordinate annual physical count for the assigned territory.
12. Supervise samples returns in compliance with procedures.
13. Coordinate warehouse and transportation activities related to samples management.
14. Supervise customer master data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
15. Support regional sales events and showrooms.
16. Identify and recommend opportunities to increase process efficiencies and service levels.

1. Proven experience in a samples management environment, preferably in an optical eyewear organization.

1. Knowledge of Customer Service processes.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
3. Working knowledge of SAP suite system (ERP, BI).
4. Strong self-starter.
5. Strong written and verbal communication.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to prioritize work effectively.
9. Team player with a proactive orientation to results.
10. Ability to work under pressure.
11. Curiosity and openness to innovation.

Proven experience in a samples management environment, preferably in an optical eyewear organization.
