Kering Eyewear Sample Operations Intern

- Support the team in managing the physical and accounting flow of samples for sales force, events, PR, and showrooms, including order issuance and return authorization, ensuring optimal service levels and information availability.
- Assist in handling sample requests from Sales and Marketing teams.
- Aid in managing requests from Finance for potential accounting adjustments related to sample orders, and from Supply Chain for shipping instructions.
- Contribute to order management and fulfillment in line with internal and external client requests, ensuring timely follow-up according to internal procedures.
- Support local teams in managing showroom, agent, and brand ambassador sample requests, overseeing return flows.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve collective objectives.
- Degree in economics, business, languages, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Proactive and enterprising approach
- Analytical and planning skills

- Teamwork capabilities
No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or individuals seeking to enter the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, business, or languages.
Monthly stipend of 800 euros and meal vouchers valued at 8 euros each.
