1. Maintain the client database in SAP, ensuring configurations allow for order validation, delivery, and invoicing.
2. Manage sales force sample logistics.
3. Monitor orders through to delivery and invoicing.
4. Serve as the liaison with support services such as customer service, planning, and logistics.
5. Track product returns.
6. Provide information to the sales force regarding product availability and order tracking via phone or email.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
2. Previous experience in a similar B2B role.

1. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
2. Excellent telephone communication skills and customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken French.
7. Proficiency in English for communication and writing.

A minimum of one year in a similar B2B role is required.
