Kering Eyewear Sales Support Specialist

- Provide support to the commercial team, including Brand Ambassadors, within designated regions.
- Ensure timely onboarding and training for Brand Ambassadors.
- Deliver Sales Support KPIs through phone and email communication.
- Manage order processes, including order management, back-orders, product information, invoice adjustments, and returns.
- Oversee order flow from acquisition to invoicing, ensuring compliance with trade terms.
- Coordinate delivery logistics, acting as the primary contact for queries or issues.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for commercial, logistics, and product claims for Brand Ambassadors.
- Conduct monthly regional calls to discuss process improvements and updates with the commercial team.
- Ensure luxury service levels for Elite Customers as per Service Level Agreements.
- Validate and support active Quarterly Promotions for efficient order management.
- Enhance and adhere to customer service procedures and systems.
- Participate in sales events, assisting in organizational preparation and execution.
- Maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support commercial returns in line with trade terms and policy.
- Issue sales and customer-related reports to benefit the sales team and customers.
- Engage in ad hoc sales-related activities.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Proactive multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM or SAP systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of two years of experience in B2B Account Management is required.
Salary Range $24-28 per hour.
