1. Support operational and managerial sales team activities.
2. Maintain customer master data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
3. Assist in the order flow process from acquisition to entry, enhancing operational efficiency.
4. Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
5. Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing insights to the sales team and customers.
6. Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
7. Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

1. Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding scores.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Advanced Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.
4. Methodical, analytical, and logical approach.
5. Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Problem-solving skills.

9. Clear and open communication.

No prior experience required, but a background in business, management engineering, or marketing is preferred.
