1. Support the Sales Support Team in the order-taking process, ensuring adherence to business policies and service excellence.
2. Maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information.
3. Assist in the order flow process from acquisition to entry, enhancing understanding of trade terms and operational efficiency.
4. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
5. Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing insights to the sales team and customers.
6. Participate in the preparation and execution of sales events.
7. Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

1. Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
