1. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data.
2. Manage the order flow process from acquisition to entry, ensuring compliance with trade terms and operational efficiency.
3. Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
4. Prepare sales and customer-related reports to provide insights to the sales team and customers.
5. Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events.
6. Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

1. Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.
2. Advanced proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
