Kering Eyewear Sales Representative - Luxury Eyewear
Kering Eyewear, a distinguished subsidiary of the global luxury conglomerate Kering, stands as a preeminent provider of high-end optical frames and sunglasses. - Develop and expand business with opticians, regional department stores, and independent clients to increase sales and achieve budget targets.
- Evaluate new clients and locations for brand and collection launches, and conduct targeted outreach to potential new customers.
- Present the brand and sell new collections, plan visits effectively to meet KPIs, and optimize brand presence in stores.
- Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and execute trade marketing activities, including organizing POS materials and window campaigns.
- Train sales staff on brand, products, and marketing activities, ensure appropriate stock levels, and assist with inventory management and order tracking.
- Record sales reports and orders, and support financial inquiries in collaboration with internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure long-term successful partnerships.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 80%) and possess a valid driver's license with no infractions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident client-facing demeanor.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and expand business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and meet seasonal and client-specific deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and structured work approach to manage and develop the sales process.
At least 2 years of field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
