Kering Eyewear Sales Operations and Administration Specialist

- Manage showroom operations to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
- Support sales-related operations and general administrative tasks for the Kering Eyewear Taiwan office.
- Perform receptionist duties and handle mail and courier tasks.
- Maintain relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Order and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Conduct ETC testing and manage showroom samples, including receiving, arranging, lending, and returning to headquarters.
- Generate and analyze reports such as quarterly distribution and sales reports.
- Assist the sales team as directed by the line manager.
- Submit new account creation forms and renew customer contracts annually.
- Consolidate training materials and coordinate buying days.
- Act as the contact person for chain stores and headquarters.
- Monitor and maintain showroom operation standards.
- Arrange annual stock takes and sample returns.
- Previous experience in a corporate office environment is preferred.
- Good command of spoken Chinese is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confidence, initiative, and a quick learning ability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take direction from multiple sources.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
Previous experience in a corporate office environment is preferred.
