Kering Eyewear Sales Manager

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring alignment with Greater China and global objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all sales channels, achieving sales targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Brand Ambassadors to optimize performance and engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Ensure brand presence and compliance with merchandising guidelines at all points of sale.
- Oversee product assortment, stock levels, and distribution standards.
- Provide accurate sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in wholesale sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury or related industries.
- Proven success in team management and driving commercial success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High achievement orientation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
8–10 years of wholesale sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury or related industries.
