1. Manage and create tracking reports for data management.
2. Collect and analyze sales data.
3. Prepare and file sales documents.
4. Assist in the preparation and arrangement of sales activities.
5. Provide administrative support to the sales team and facilitate internal communication.
6. Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent English writing and translation skills, with CET-6 level or above.
3. Proficiency in daily office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

No prior experience required, but the candidate must be able to commit to working at least five full days a week for a minimum of three months, with a preference for six months or longer.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
